His vision of extensive economic development and fun-n-games is being developed in conjunction with the succecssful Oklahoma City MAPS project. Rear Admiral Ray Ackerman (Ret.) flew fighter planes off an aircraft carrier during his service years and built one of the most successful advertising firms in the nationa, Ackerman McQueen Advertising.
